Feedback matters to me, and in mediumship it matters more than most. People who come for a reading are often grieving, nervous or unsure what to expect, and hearing from others who've been in the same place can make that first step easier. Feedback is also how I keep growing in the work that I do. Every reading is a responsibility, both to the person in front of me and to the people in spirit who come through, and honest feedback helps me do that well.
