Psychic and mediumistic development is a deeply personal journey.
For me, it is not about learning to work exactly like somebody else, collecting techniques or trying to get everything right. It is about discovering how your awareness works — learning to recognise your own energy, becoming sensitive to subtle changes within you, and gradually developing trust in what you experience.
I believe mediumship is a creative expression of the soul. Just as every person is individual, our relationship with spirit will be individual too.
My classes, circles and workshops are therefore built around experience rather than performance: experimenting, practising, questioning, getting things wrong, discovering what works and allowing your own natural way of working to unfold.
Above all, I want to create spaces where curiosity is encouraged, individuality is respected and people can explore their potential without unnecessary pressure or comparison.

The Value of Sitting in a Circle
I genuinely would not be where I am today without sitting in circles.
For me, circle is one of the most valuable parts of mediumistic development. It is a safe space, a sacred space and, very often, a place where beautiful friendships are formed with people who understand this rather unusual journey.
You can attend wonderful workshops, read countless books, watch all the videos until your heart contents, and learn from extraordinary teachers, but there is something different about gathering regularly with the same intention: to explore, experiment and discover more about your own awareness.
Mediumship is learned through experience.
Circle gives us time to practise, to get things wrong, to try again, to notice the subtle changes within ourselves and gradually begin to understand the language of our own awareness.
There will be moments when everything seems to flow beautifully. There will also be moments when absolutely nothing seems to make sense.
Both can teach us something.
Because developing mediumship is not only about learning to communicate with the spirit world. It can also invite us to understand ourselves more deeply — our fears, our confidence, our need to be right, the way we respond to uncertainty and the things that sometimes get in the way of simply trusting what we experience.
That does not need to feel heavy. In fact, I think development should contain plenty of laughter, curiosity, play and moments of genuine wonder.

The purpose of circle should never be to produce identical mediums all working in exactly the same way. It should give each person the freedom and encouragement to discover how their own awareness works and how spirit may communicate through them.
And there is something very special about doing that alongside other people.
We learn from one another. We witness completely different ways of experiencing the same intelligence. We support each other through the doubts, celebrate the breakthroughs and occasionally sit there wondering how on earth somebody could possibly have known what they just knew.
Those moments are part of the magic.
My aim is to create nurturing, grounded and welcoming spaces where people from around the world can gather regularly, explore their psychic and mediumistic potential, make meaningful connections and enjoy the process of discovering what may already be within them.
You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what you are doing.
You simply need curiosity, an open mind and a willingness to take part.
Free Evidential Mediumship Practice Circle

Every Tuesday, 6–8pm UK time
Online via Zoom
This recurring online circle provides a supportive and ethical space in which to practise and strengthen evidential spiritual mediumship.
It is particularly suited to intermediate, advanced and professional mediums seeking regular practice. Spirit artists are also warmly welcomed.
Beginners, recipients and sitters may attend and participate, provided they respect the circle’s guidelines and the sensitive nature of the work.
How the Tuesday circle works
The session is divided into two parts:
6–7pm: Demonstrations of mediumship
7–8pm: Private one-to-one readings (although a lot of the time we just see what everyone wants to practice and normally do a second hour of demonstrations. It is a very encouraging environment).
You may attend either hour or remain for the complete two-hour circle.
The Zoom room normally opens approximately five minutes before each hour. It closes on the hour or shortly afterwards, so please arrive promptly.
Expectations for mediums
Mediums are asked to:
Offer evidential spiritual readings using clear, affirmative statements.
Allow the spirit communicator to lead them towards the evidence.
Use clarifying questions appropriately, including “Would you understand?” or “Are you able to accept?”
Share uplifting messages of possibility rather than making predictions.
Work compassionately, respectfully and with integrity.
Observe appropriate boundaries, consent and confidentiality.
During one-to-one practice, if a medium is unable to establish a spirit communication, an evidential psychic reading may only be offered with the sitter’s agreement.
The following are not permitted:
Pre-linking or fishing for information
Cold or hot reading
Tarot readings
Medical diagnoses
Predictions or fortune-telling
Taking over or building upon another medium’s spirit contact
Disrespectful, judgemental or insensitive language
Guidance for recipients and sitters
During demonstration practice, recipients should raise their virtual hand and respond using:
Yes
No
I don’t know
Please avoid supplying additional evidence or interrupting the contact. Allow the medium time to establish and develop the communication.
If several pieces of evidence receive a “no,” the medium may pause and ask whether someone else present understands the information.
Both mediums and recipients have the right to end an interaction if someone behaves disrespectfully, becomes disruptive or fails to observe the circle’s boundaries.
Preparing to attend
Please:
Be seated and ready before entering the Zoom room.
Keep your camera switched on.
Keep your microphone muted until invited to speak.
Avoid moving around unnecessarily during the session.
Treat personal information shared within the circle as confidential.
Approach everyone with kindness, patience and respect.
This is a sacred space in which to serve loved ones in the spirit world while practising and improving our spiritual connections and the way we work.

Alexandra created the acronym NEARBI on 22 January 2026 to help mediums and readers remember the importance of ethical practice:

We work from love—with spirit and with Spirit, Source, God, the Universe or Life according to each person’s own understanding—for positive, uplifting and healing purposes.

Monday’s - Intermediate Online Development Class

The Monday class is intended for developing mediums who already have some experience of establishing a mediumistic link or making contact with a spirit communicator.
You do not need to consider yourself an advanced or professional medium. However, you should have begun working mediumistically and experienced making a link with spirit before joining this class.
Although aspects of psychic awareness will continue to support the work, the principal focus will be mediumship.
The class will help you develop greater confidence, consistency and understanding in the way you establish, sustain and present a spirit communication.
Areas of development may include:
Establishing a stronger and clearer mediumistic link
Sustaining the connection with a spirit communicator
Understanding your natural way of receiving information
Strengthening and expanding evidential information
Moving beyond isolated facts to communicate the person
Presenting evidence clearly and confidently

Platform practice
Platform exercises will help participants develop the skills required to work in front of a group. We will consider how to establish and present a contact, maintain the flow of communication, work with audience responses and serve spirit with clarity and sensitivity.
One-to-one readings
One-to-one practice will provide opportunities to develop the structure and depth of a private sitting. The focus will remain on evidential communication, clear presentation and an experience that respects both the spirit communicator and the recipient.
Spiritual assessments will provide constructive insight into your current development, including your strengths, your natural way of working and areas that may benefit from additional attention.
The purpose is not to compare participants or place labels upon their ability. It is to help each person understand their own development more clearly and identify practical next steps.
The Monday class will be structured and progressive, so regular attendance is recommended. It will be a paid class, with places limited to support meaningful participation, practice and feedback.

The Sunday Foundation Circle is designed for people who are beginning to explore and unfold their psychic and mediumistic awareness.
I believe that a strong psychic foundation provides the essential building blocks for mediumship. Before turning our attention towards the spirit world, we need to become comfortable working with energy—recognising our own energy, becoming aware of another person’s energy and understanding how information is received through our intuitive senses.
The circle will explore both psychic and mediumistic development, beginning with the foundations and progressing at a supportive pace.
Areas we may explore include:
Understanding and becoming familiar with your own energy
Recognising changes within your awareness
Sensing and interpreting another person’s energy
Developing your intuitive and psychic senses
Understanding how psychic information is received
Psychic one-to-one exercises
Attunement and sitting in the power
Recognising the difference between psychic and mediumistic information
Beginning to become aware of the presence of spirit

This will be a mixed-ability environment, but the teaching will begin at foundation level. It is particularly suited to people who are new to development or who would benefit from revisiting and strengthening the fundamentals.

The circle will provide a welcoming environment in which you can experiment, ask questions and learn without judgement or unnecessary pressure.
